1.Getting there by PLANE

The Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) is easy to reach from the two major aiports in Shanghai. The maglev provides quick and easy access to the fairgrounds.

The expo centre is located halfway between Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao Airport—35 kilometers from Pudong International Airport to the east, and 32 kilometers from Hongqiao Airport to the west. You can take the airport bus or maglev directly to the expo center.

l  From Pudong International Airport

By taxi: about 35 minutes; around RMB 120

By maglev line: only 8 minutes; RMB 50 for single ticket: (RMB 40 with air ticket); RMB 80 for round-trip ticket

By airport bus line: Take Line 5 to get off at Longyang Road Station where you can walk or continually interchange Line 7 to SNIEC directly; about 50 minutes; RMB 16

By Metro: Take Line 2 to get off at Longyang Road Station where you can walk or continually interchange Line 7 to SNIEC directly; about 70 minutes; RMB 6

l  From Hongqiao Airport

2.Getting there by TRAIN

From the major railway stations, you can choose different modes of transportation to reach the fairgrounds.

l  From Shanghai Railway Station

By taxi: Two places stand over 16km apart; around RMB 55

By Metro: Take Line 1 to People’s Square, then interchange Line 2 to get off at Longyang Road Station where you can walk or interchange Line 7 to SNIEC directly; about 50 minutes; RMB 4

By transrapid (maglev train)—from Shanghai South Railway Station

By taxi: Two places stand over 20km apart; about 25 minutes; around RMB 70

By Metro: Take Line 1 to People’s Square, then interchange Line 2 to get off at Longyang Road Station where you can walk or interchange Line 7 to SNIEC directly; about 60 minutes; RMB 5

3.Getting there by CAR

SNIEC locates at the intersection of Long Yang and Luo Shang roads that lead from the city center over the Nan Pu Bridge and Yang Pu Bridge through Pudong, and is easy to access by car.

Park lots

There are 4603 park lots dedicated to visitors at the centre. Car park charges: RMB 8 = one hour; rates apply to cars and all other light vehicles.

4.Getting there by PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

It can also be conviniently reached by subway and bus.

l  By metro

Take Line 7 to Huamu Road Station, then directly to SNIEC.

Take Line 1 to ChangShu Road Station; take Line 2 to Jing’an Temple Station; take Line 3 to Zhenping Road Station; take Line 4 to Zhenping Road Station or Dong’an Road Station; take Line 6 to West Gaoke Road Station; take Line 8 to Yaohua Road Staton; take Line 9 Zhaojiabang Road Station; take Line 12 to Mid Longhua Road Station; take Line 16 to Longyang Road Station, then interchange Line 7 to SNIEC directly.

Take Line 1 or Line 8 to People’s Square Station; take Line 3 to Zhongshan Park Station; take Line 4 to Zhongshan Park Station or Century Avenue Station; take Line 6 or Line 9 Century Avenue Station; take Line 10 to East Nanjing Road Station; take Line 12 or Line 13 to West Nanjing Road Station, then interchange Line 2 to get off at Longyang Road Station where you can walk or interchange Line 7 to SNIEC directly.
